RULES of CONDUCT

All students must understand and remember these rules. Approach and correct others not abiding by the
rules, but do so in a non-demeaning and courteous manner. Anyone who violates these rules will be subject
to disciplinary action (including suspension, revocation and or expulsion).

- Family, work, and school come first. Come to class after you have fulfilled these obligations.

- Always be courteous and helpful, and treat everyone with respect.

- Practice at home.

- Uniforms and belts are mandatory and must be worn to class by all students. Your uniform should be
prpoerly mended and clean. Tank tops and strap shirts are not permitted.

- Keep regular attendance. If withdrawing from training temporarily or permanently, let Sensei know.

- Refrain from any form of verbal or physical abuse, and harassment towards others.

- Bring your sparring equipment and mouth guard to every class.

- No interrupting while the instructor is teaching. Students should give the instructor their full attention
at all times. If you have a question, wait until the instructor has finished speaking and raise your hand.

- Keep your fees up to date and paid on time.

- There should be no idle chatter in class.

- Fingernails and toenails must be kept clean and cut short.

- Be a positive role model for your sport, martial art and other students.

- If you arrive late you should enter the dojo and wait to be invited to join the class.

- Do not come to class when you are sick or suffering from a contagious illness.

- Try your best, but do not overdo it. Take a break when needed.

- Do not run or act recklessly in the dojo, dressing rooms, or halls.

- Do not wear rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, nose/ear studs, watches, or neck chains,
during class. Wedding bands are okay.

- Do chew gum while training.

- Do not come to class when intoxicated. Do not consume "any" alcohol before class.

- Do not misuse any equipment in the dojo.

- Do not use profanity or abusive language while training.

- Do not stand around idle in class. This is your time to train.
